The Trusted Kitchen was founded with a determined spirit and a lofty objective: to offer garlic and onion free options that pack the same flavor as the tried and true classics, but with none of the post meal discomfort.

Every idea starts with a problem. Mine was simple: there weren't any options available.

Allium-free options were unheard of, and I spent the first year eating a very bland diet. Meal time had lost all luster (0/10 do not recommend). Over the last several years I learned I wasn't the only one out there struggling with this.  It wasn't as rare as I thought.  Everyone I talked to had a similar experience, we were stuck missing our comfort foods and longing to once again share and experience flavorful meals with friends and family.
